La Dolce Cucina is all about providing the most delectable desserts made from the freshest and highest quality of ingredients. If we cannot use fresh, we cannot offer it to our clients. Period. If we wouldn’t buy it, why should you?

 

All items are made-to-order and lovingly prepared from scratch. When you take a bite of a La Dolce Cucina dessert, we want you to taste the difference top-notch ingredients make. For instance, when you order our Chocolate Coma Cake, the first ingredient you will taste is bittersweet chocolate, followed by cream and butter. If you do not taste chocolate first but instead get a “sugar blast”, we are not doing our job. When your eyes glaze over from our desserts, it will be because you have had a truly unbeatable culinary experience – not because of a sugar overdose! (That is unless you want a sugar overdose, and then we are only too happy to oblige.) Our greatest compliment is when someone says, “Wow! This was really great and it wasn’t sweet!” We NEVER want you finishing our desserts feeling as if you just ate a 5lb bag of granulated sugar. Frankly, that would mean that we produce a “cheap and inferior” product and we shouldn’t be in business.

 

We take great pride in providing you with the finest dessert for every occasion. Whether you want a superb ending to a special occasion or cookies for your after-school sports hero, everything will be prepared with the utmost care. We bake with all of the dedication our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents did for us, and we love what we do. We hope it shows!
