HOURS OF OPERATION:
La Dolce Cucina is a make-to-order business operating out of a commercial kitchen. Hours are flexible. You place your order by phone, fax or e-mail with the date required for your item, and we make it for you. Please allow 72 hours for all orders.
HOW DO WE GET OUR ORDER:
La Dolce Cucina does not have a storefront like a regular bakery. However, you can make arrangements to pick up your order from our location or to have it delivered. We will deliver for free to your home or business within 10 miles of Los Gatos. Nominal charges will apply for further afield locations.
I’M ALLERGIC TO NUTS:
There are many allergies or sensitivities out there we must be aware of. If you have a food or alcohol allergy or sensitivity and need something omitted from a recipe, please let your La Dolce Cucina associate know at the time of order. We will take every precaution at our disposal on your behalf. But please know that all products are made in a location that we, and others, use nuts, dairy, and other allergy-causing ingredients.
I’M NOT FOND OF WALNUTS, BUT I LOVE PECANS:
Or almonds or peanuts. If you would like a substitution, please ask. We are always happy to make substitutions when appropriate. (But, a Pecan Pie wouldn’t be a Pecan Pie if it were made with peanuts now would it?)

ONE OF MY FAVORITE ITEMS IS MISSING. WHAT GIVES?:
If you have your heart set on a particular item and you notice it missing from the menu, please ask about it. At certain times of the year we rotate off particular menu items due to lack of fresh ingredients, cost, or just to try something new. We love that you love our product, and if it is possible we will gladly make it for you.
DO YOU SHIP:
Not at the present time, sorry! But this is something we are researching, so this answer will change soon.
